Revisiting this with more info:
- Tiny #pico8 window means less pixels to work with for the shaders + better results
- Composite video blends dither patterns together, making new shades and colors
- CRTs remove sharpness
For me, if you miss one of these it feels kind of incomplete.

I'm not T4T because of preference.
I'm T4T because I live in Arizona and I'm just trying to find all the trans people WHERE ARE YOU ALL WHAT THE FU-

If I knew how, I'd love to make a proper #pico8 usb controller. Using an NES pad doesn't feel right. There's just one too many buttons. Plus I'd want it to be round like the controller in the brand artwork. :3
Every so often I look at the state of my life and go:
"I need to get the fuck out of here."
Now that's something I'd love to see. And own if I could afford such a thing. :0
The political outreach bots are fuckin' wild.
I'm so tired.
Imagine if a rotary phone rang for every notification you receive, and it wouldn't stop ringing until you answered it to hear the notification.

NOT DEAD YET! <3
Anyway I made a transitions system (can you call it a system if it's literally one object?) and made it very easy to switch between menus. There's still more things to do for them like sliders, toggles, and an editor tool, but it's progress. :3

You should use shaderglass (mausimus.itch.io/shaderglass) with #pico8 games.
This is just two things:
- A PICO-8 window that is at native resolution (128x128 pixels)
- An NTSC Composite Video + CRT Shader
It's like magic. :3
