£1 from every bill over £25, across all 13 venues, will be donated to Switchboard to help us continue supporting the UK’s LGBTQIA+ community.

Our wonderful team of volunteers cannot wait to see you on the road this Pride season. As always, our support will be available from 10am to 10pm every day, and we're here for whatever may be on your mind - no matter how big or small; every conversation counts.
When communicating with service users, our listening volunteers may realise that certain references suggest a safeguarding concern is at play. We have a duty and responsibility to keep service users safe wherever possible.
We have an existing team of volunteers who support us this way, and you’ll be joining them, helping to improve our coverage.

Safeguarding volunteers will respond to emails and the cases our listening volunteers log on our safeguarding system, following up as needed to find out more information and complete a safeguarding assessment.
