#Chlamy2025 was great! It was the first conference where I presented my current project using Chlamydomonas reinhardtii as a model organism. I received so much helpful feedback and had inspiring discussions.
Thank you to everyone who contributes to the community and makes events like this possible 💚
The 14th International Conference for Plant Mitochondrial Biology😍🍜🍀
My first trip to Japan and my first presentation award!
Many thanks to the organizers, my supervisor, @florentwaltz.bsky.social, and our wonderful collaborators!
I was happy to present my work in beautiful Kagoshima🌋
Congratulations Florent and coauthors!!!
I'm very excited to continue diving into diversity and beauty of mitochondrial respiratory complexes in algae 😍
Hey #TeamTomo,
Ever been in need of a tutorial about the fundamentals of cryo-electron tomography? From preprocessing raw frames to high-res subtomogram averaging?
That's why @florentwaltz.bsky.social and I made this website!

We decided to summarize our (the @cellarchlab.com group) most common workflows! The Tutorial guides you through tomogram pre- and postprocessing using either #RELION5, #Scipion, or #AreTomo3. With the Chlamy dataset (www.ebi.ac.uk/empiar/EMPIA...) as a possible resource for all those steps!

The final version of our work on the in-cell architecture of the mitochondrial respiratory chain is now online in @science.org 🎉
You can find the full story here www.science.org/doi/10.1126/...
@verenaresch.bsky.social did a wonderful job on the cover and animation, she really brought it to life 👩🎨
