I REALLY hate the idea of opposing a D.C. mayoral candidate because Trump threatened to punish us if we elect her. It’s worse than obeying in advance; it’s doing the fascists’ work for them. It’s letting Trump trick you into sacrificing D.C.’s autonomy. You can’t defend home rule by surrendering it.
