Things are getting real, folks. We now own a cask washer!
Not gonna lie, this is not the most exciting piece of equipment, but it's definitely one I am going to spend some "quality" time with 😂
What a day!
After a lot of headscratching and far too much swearing, we managed to get our brew kit in the brewery!
You can also admire our beautiful new floor and paint. Next step, fitting everything together and a lot more headscratching (and swearing) 😅
But for now, folks, we did it!
The building work has started!
One thing we can say is that the brewery will be... compact! That's the cosy Sunken Knave vibe for you here 😎🍻

We've been quiet on here for some time now. But for a very good reason!
Over the past few months, we've been working hard to find the perfect place for Sunken Knave, and we're happy to say we have found a home.
Exciting times ahead!
And that's the building work done. Next step, installing the brew kit!
We are so proud and excited to see our small brewery coming together. We can't wait to start brewing and, of course, to be able to welcome you to our new home in Worthing ☺️
