This COULD happen with me as well, so please do this if you want to keep seeing ANY of my posts!
Setting it to “warn” still hides any of my 18+ artwork from your feed behind a warning and only shows the text in the posts, and you have the choice to unhide it and reveal the images whenever you want.

Bsky is apparently gonna start flagging whole accounts as nsfw soon so if you don't already know about your moderation settings, highly suggest switching nsfw from Hide to Warn; otherwise many creators will completely vanish from your timeline when they roll this out.
