A beautiful summation of the risks posed by devolving learning to AI on a very human level
Pretty conclusive!
Also one point here, that I suspect won’t get much coverage, is the party that not so long ago ‘broke the red wall’ had a catastrophic result
To be honest my biggest concern about the social media ban is that it seems that the Government is devolving the plan for implementation to the regulator and demanding they do that by October which give *summer* is a ludicrous timeframe in which to do that work properly
One of my major worries about what we are doing to our collective brains and the brains of young people in particular
In a few months I will launch a project that is very dear to my heart.

Reform warmly welcome Ant Middleton's endorsement in Makerfield.
Yet Middleton is an overt racist who has told the Home Secretary her ethnicity + faith should see her banned from public office - wanting new rules to ban Kemi Badenoch, Sadiq Khan and Zia Yusuf
He was condoing violence this week.
not using it that is surely a good thing. Does more need to be done about misinformation spread on social media & the addictive nature that impacts all generations - yes absolutely. But we need to start tackling the corrosive nature of these platforms. And anyway the kids still have Bluesky 😬
I can’t understand the negativity on here about the social media ban. It’s a blunt tool and some kids will get around it (just like my generation managed to drink under the age of 18). But social media is harmful and if this extends the time children stay off the platform and normalises younger kids
The Gestapo marched hundreds of thousands of innocent people to their deaths.
I've ended private schools' tax breaks to invest in state schools.
No responsible leader makes vile comparisons like this. Kemi Badenoch is not fit to be Prime Minister.
