Today on Cocktails with Alpen, the 2044 Mai Tai from Three Dots and a Dash in Chicago! Apparently 100 years after Trader Vic invented the Mai Tai we'll be using three punchy, unaged rums and yellow Chartreuse. This is a perfect "more than the sum of its parts" situation. Stunning cocktail!
