"It's more important than ever to celebrate our community and what we accomplish," Zaitchik added. "Understandably, the stress is affecting people... But if we can just remind ourselves of how strong we are as a group... I think that's going to be vital."
Jones responded to a Q about how science policy changes have emotionally affected scientists. "It does have an impact on you," he said. "But what I've seen time and time again over these past 16, 17 months is that people here at AGU & other organizations... have just decided: We're going to fight."
