How does matching work?
After sign-up, mentees will be invited to indicate their preferred mentors. While we cannot guarantee a perfect fit, we do our best to facilitate compatible mentor–mentee matches and meaningful scientific connections.
Who can apply?
Mentors: Scholars who completed their PhD at least 5 years ago and hold a tenured or tenure-track position
Mentees: PhD students and postdoctoral researchers interested in discussing research and career development with a senior scholar
Now in its 7th edition, the program has been highly valued by mentors and mentees alike for fostering scientific exchange and professional development.
Mentor–mentee pairs are expected to meet at least once during the summer, either virtually or at ECP22, and stay in touch in the following months.
What is the EAPP Mentoring Program?
The EAPP Mentoring Program connects early career researchers in personality psychology with experienced scholars outside their own institution or supervisory team.
