Proof of bread
Each loaf is 1/3 of the dough, baby sized.
Having fun sharing the mini loaves. Might be my preferred size
2 were Dutch oven & 1 on enamel open pan.
Dough definitely over proofed…in the best way. so much sourdough tang
Still don’t think I have the temperature/bake perfected
