Okay, I did end up finishing it with one never ending spin (like in previous post) and one that eventually stops lol
Here's the one that stops, cause Bluesky won't allow two gifs in same post - and it also expanded the image again.

I tried animation first time with Clip Studio Paint
Is it smooth and nice animation?
Absolutely not, but it works and I made it, and it makes me all excited and momentarily happy lol
