Lovely example of an Attic late 5th or early 4th century BCE theatrical terracotta - it’s part of a set of more than a dozen said have been found together in a burial.

As a classics student in NYC, I really loved visiting these Greek terracotta figurines depicting actors on display at the Met.
They’re so expressive, not just in the depictions of the masks but also the body language as well.
