Judge Johnson has decided that Filton Four barrister Rajiv Menon KC has a case to answer for alleged contempt of court and has referred it to a senior judge to find a High Court judge to preside. Rajiv faces a criminal trial for telling a jury about a plaque outside the Old Bailey.
