Update 6 months later - I've upped the dose very slowly (Low-dose Naltrexone, 0.25mg to 3.5mg) and it's changed my life. My daily pain has gone from an average of 7/10 to a 2-3. I can do things without crashing that I haven't been able to in years, like cooking and packing the dishwasher.

I’ve started taking a new medication for my ME/CFS and it’s only been a few days but I’m amazed at how much it has helped my daily pain 😭 what do you mean this is what a body can feel like??
