Thanks for all the love on this everyone :D, it makes me happy to see people enjoying it. This photo and the series I will keep posting is in many ways a culmination of many years of stormchasing and decades of photo work.
This storm was rotating at the time, and did later earn itself a tornado warning. But as far as I know nothing was confirmed. Given, a semi-rain wrapped, nocturnal tornado can be tough to confirm, especially when it runs over open terrain, as this one would have if it indeed had ground circulation.
From my Monday after-work chase:
I hate that some of the coolest things I see when chasing don't come out great in photos, but hey, it was confirmed by other spotters, making it Tornado 5 for the year! #COWX
A Potential Tornado in the Dark
This series of photos of the same storm from my earlier post shows what appears to be a cone funnel that evolves into a trunk, as what could well have been a tornado ropes out.
Each one of these shots sits among my favorites of all time.

Lightning from north of Hugo, CO on June 8th. I thought this storm was going to flash and die. This thing became a monster.
Hope you're not tired of lightning and storm photos, cuz I have a litany of them from Monday. Seriously one of the best chase days I have had.

Saw a beautiful storm last night, more photos to come

This is one of the most insane things I have ever photographed. A large supercell formed around twilight after an already long afternoon of storms.
It dropped 2-3" hail and appeared to have dropped a tornado in the dark (though it is tough to confirm)
