Heap is a TPUSA stooge (they created their PAC to dump money into his race) and his office is going to be competing for the most corrupt election season of the last few cycles if they can get away with it
Today is the first DVUSD board meeting since board member Kim Fisher performed a Nazi salute and twice said "heil." Public comment has just begun and is being limited to 30 minutes. Because of the amount of people signed up to speak, their usual 3-minute speaking time will be also be limited.
