It took me a while to get my lore organized in a (for me) comprehensive way, this is how it's currently done for my main OC:
• public carrd: nothing in-depth but the main points are noted there
• Notion page for specific, in-depth OC lore, thoughts, drabbles
• Notion pages for general worldbuilding
