The case of the statue I mentioned the other day isn't the only time heroes have been censored out of history. A similar case took place a century earlier in the Empire. The Scorpion, one of the old gods, fell to corruption and imprisoned the Moon gods. >

Funny thing is, no one knows exactly who the five were or what they looked like, so every artwork of them are slightly different. People *think* they were humans, but in reality, only three were, and one of them posed as a wolf.

The Ravens living quarters vary from place to place, but it's always disguised; as a school, a military training facility, even a mental hospital. The Ravens live in barracks or dorms, usually a unit share living space. No one is ever alone.->

Serara has pierced ears, but no tattoos. She likes earing ear rings, the favorite being a pair of beaded piercings her mother got her.
Zaki has a small tat, identifying him as an assassin, and pierced ears. He had no say in either, but doesn't mind he latter.

The Ravens enjoy quite decent food. They have their own cooks, usually older Ravens retired from active duty.
In field, Ravens survive on rations such as dried fruit, pemmican and jerky. They are also expected to hunt/forage. Survival is part of their training.

Statues of former heroes are common. One of the grandest examples is the big fountain in the Northland's capital; five people in heroic poses standing on a base of skulls, symbolizing how they took down an evil necromancer and his undead horde. ->
