Here’s a closer look at Breeze ID 255471. He ran up to someone in Central Park to get help. They tried. Unfortunately, they took him to our city’s shelter, where 10-12% of dogs are killed every year & where 2 many pets don’t get the care they need

Emaciated pets are arriving at the shelter w/alarming frequency
Today, it was Breeze
The Mayor’s Animal Welfare Office could address this; if they cared
