Here’s 6 month old Owu in his cage @ ACC w/ pneumonia &a corn cob blockage that if not removed by surgery will quickly kill a dog
Owu had been there 7 days; never listed for foster, adoption or help of any kind
If a rescue org hadn’t found him there he’d be dead. He may still die

Our city’s shelter, you shelter is incompetent, you could say malovelent
6 month old puppy, found on May 23rd, dying at ACC, would be dead now if Rescue hadn’t saved him
