I will sometimes eat prepackaged oatmeal dry (because I’m weird) and then eat all the oats before eating the flavored sugar. It’s intuitive to me that when I shake it, the sugar falls and the oats rise. I didn’t know there’s a term (granular convection, or the Brazil nut effect) for this until now
