really fucking hate how "accessibility" has been hijacked to mean "let's treat everyone as if they're children at all times"
I was poking through some old notes I'd gathered to come up with a story for the character voted on this month and I found an old snippet of a conversation about a hypnotist explaining to someone that they're being hypnotized, they're going to go along with it, and praising them when they agree.
