Iguana of Xochicalco, Morelos, from 800CE found near this sites’ Acropolis. It has bracelets on its legs and a necklace of beads. The figure may have been part of a larger sculptural ensemble, as fragments of various anthropomorphic sculptures, as well as iguanas and pumas, were found at the site.
