Anthropic admits they fucked up www.wired.com/story/anthro...
AI isn’t an SF thing anymore, it’s a DC thing Dario has been very loud about this, but people still aren’t
ok i just started a new session. it's annoying, but kinda hard to rationalize this = quit claude code
oh, it’s more than an essay — new legislative initiatives
Dario Amodei Essay #3: Policy on the AI Exponential This one is almost an open letter to governments, to convince them to act & organize to properly handle AI issues darioamodei.com/post/policy-...
afaict the thing i'm doing is creating a sandbox for an agent, and Fable is probably hypothesizing about how to break the sandbox it created which, that's *secure* behavior. uuuuugh! support.claude.com/en/articles/...
wait no, i hate it now
this is the only bad things i’ve been hearing about Fable they’re really bad, but they’re also stuff a lot of people will likely overlook so maybe it won’t matter
Diffusion video models are world models Traditionally, researchers like Yann LeCun argued the only architectures like JEPA could suitably model the world & physics This paper shows this is false, diffusion models do actually model the real world physics arxiv.org/abs/2602.07050
yeah, i haven’t done this from audio, but using event architectures has led to this sort of thing happening on github issues, fixed before i even know a problem existed
