we need industry-wide crediting for consultants!! i once consulted three times on a game only to be absent from the credits when it launched. credits are important for everyone, but especially for WOC who have to work 3x as hard as our white, male counterparts to get in the same rooms.
it would be cool to stop acting like women who make loads of money aren't also self-interested in keeping their boatloads of money and stop small beaninfying them... i regret to inform people that yes, money and power does also corrupt women.
