Walking around West Bottoms today with my walking club and it's clear, the West Bottoms is not a friendly place to be a pedestrian unless you are fully able bodied. So many broken sidewalks, sidewalks missing sections, or with signs, poles, utilities right in the middle with no way around.
And you wonder why "no one uses" the bike lanes!
Its because entitled drivers like this storing their personal property whereevery they see fit, this time right in the new cycle track on SW Blvd.
