Fire Emblem Fortune’s Weave actually has the kanji reading on the eShop page. Maybe because everyone called Three Houses’ Japanese name 風花雪月 (literally Wind, Flower, Snow, Moon) by the more common phrase 花鳥風月 which literally translates to “flower, bird, wind, moon”
