I have the ttrpg version of this started. Now, do I stick with the multiple random rolls to make a VIP, or do I create 36 unique assassins and 36 unique potential targets…

Hotel management sim but it’s the assassin hotel from John Wick.
You’re a deadly assassin forced into retirement/running the hotel. Cozy until you have to defend guests from old enemies and each other. Then it’s a twin stick shooter.
