The fact that they are still using National Periodical Publications for the copyright means it is pre 1977, but does it date back to th 60s?

My pal Swankcat recently found this amazing child's Justice League of America Hawkman shirt from the 1960s, even with the original store tag. I don't think I've ever seen one before, so I thought I'd share.
