Diamonds Are Forever has a killer theme & a fantastic first five minutes and then everyone just goes through the motions until the movie's over.
Thunderball's theme is Connery Bond incarnate so I'm more forgiving there.

I like all the Bond movies except Thunderball, Diamonds Are Forever, The World Is Not Enough, Skyfall and Spectre. Those are the only ones that get a failing grade
