So I ended up telling my PCP I wear diapers after she inquired about why I was using wipes to clean myself
No scolding, just wanted to know if I was sitting in dirty ones for extended periods and how often I change

It's been burning when I pee and wipe and today I woke up itchy with a swollen face so... doctor
I go to to a queer-focused clinic so I know it shouldn't be a big deal, but having urinary symptoms means I may have to bring up diapers so... wish me luck
