We can't just upload the debug instead of the demo, too, bc there are people with keys who might already be playing it. So the whole situation is just a mess, and I have no idea what to do
We sent them a link to a drive because the debug file is too heavy for their attachment limit. They sent me the same response as before, but added that they don't open any external links. I asked them how tf I should send them the debug, and now I just wait for an unknown amount of time again
I wish I could give more updates on the demo release, but I am as in the dark as everyone else.
Steam first delayed our review for no reason explained, then rejected our demo because we put warnings on things they didn't find (apparently they don't play through the whole demo)🧵

there’s this story that i tell every pride month. you see, english isn’t my native language and one time my queer ass literally called my own character a homophobic slur. apparently the word bassoon sounds very similar to it in some languages. AND NO ONE thought about telling me after i posted it
