Ok, Operation Avalanche (the real movie, not the fake one they snuck into Sundance) was fantastic - there's a chase sequence near the end that had me on the edge of my ass and it also looked beautiful.
It also was like watching a magic trick happen re: how they got their footage etc
WAIT. I am in real time running to my modded ps3 to see if there's some way to use that to bypass it!!!!
If this works I will fully transfer from a 'did you know it's super easy to mod your 3ds?" girly to a "you can mod your ps3 in like 15 minutes and it rips" dork
