Just finished reading this. It’s a fun, fast-paced addition to the resurgence of sword and sorcery we’ve been getting recently. Merynthia is an excellent setting and I really liked the protagonist and their journey.
(And I know they say not to judge a book by its cover, but what a great cover!)
