“Someone who is rioting doesn’t know that the person they are targeting is actually looking after their mother or their granny”
Nor, it seems, do the far right politicians who whip up the rioters with their racism and hate.
The harm Farage does is criminal.

I don't know how Keir Starmer can wake up in the morning, see that pogroms have been taking place under his watch, that they are being fuelled by literal illegal activity on social media, and not make it his entire purpose to stop it. We know you're no politician, but are you not a lawyer?
The family of the Belfast stabbing victim have released a statement saying - like the family of Henry Nowak last week - that the attack should not be used to "divide people or fuel hostility"
They condemned disorder and praised the "valuable contribution" by migrants

Condemning riots isn't enough. We need policy action, including an immediate appraisal of X as a vehicle for coordinating far-right disorder. And we need political leadership, to challenge white nationalism as an idea, not to validate it daily and then complain when it turns violent.
Everyone on X and elsewhere who called for a violent response should be charged with incitement.
Everyone involved in the pogrom should be locked up with exemplary sentences.
Govt should make it clear that will be the response in future anywhere else.
Enough.
The government needs to leave X.
EVERYONE needs to leave X.
