Still very slow, but getting better. Severe RSV in 2020 knocked almost two minutes off my mile and I’d only gotten part of that back when I became county board chair and basically had to give up running for nearly four years, which cost me another minute and a half.
I wasn’t quite fast enough to get all three of them in the same picture.
