Cage is a former paladin whose body and soul were caught between two gods - Umberlee and Ilmater. Through Umberlee’s deceit and Ilmater’s neglect, he was left broken and abandoned. Refusing to remain a victim of either god, Cage underwent the blood hunter ritual and joined the Order of Blasphemy.
