Belle has a blaster, a modular directed energy weapon that can fire in different modes. It's a catch-all word like "gun", just with energy. She gets a new inexhaustible relic power cell for it as part of her promotion to Enclave liason. And her armor is customised to fit her cyberbody better.
Red Dragon issues their red livery kinetic plate armor. Medium armor that can stop most bullets and a bit of direct energy fire. Small arms and grenades are also standard issue. Beyond that they can and often do source custom gear. Special operatives like Belle get special gear.
Vela has none. She has visible computronium lines on her affected arm though, which she conceals whenever she can.
Nori has Consortium / Cycle tattoos, out of longing to belong.
Belle has no tattoos or such. Would be hard to do on a cyberbody.
As Red Dragon is closely associated with the Alliance and their credits have some value in most of the galaxy they usually pay in these. But they deduct pay from Belle for cyberbody maintanance for example, but only part since that gets subsidizied by the Alliance.
They could loot but usually they usually do a very specific task as fast as they can and get out. It also wouldn't reflect well, since RD does want to stand out from pirates et al. Having access to Alliance tech means there is little of value to them to steal elsewhere anyway.
