A hearing is scheduled to address discovery disputes/delays in the quoted case. Has to be rescheduled due to conflicts. In part, Ron has a trial coming up on the 13th. Except, now he doesn't, because the judge just cancelled that trial over... outstanding discovery sanctions and delaying tactics.
