I don't get the unmitigated gall of people to think journalists and writers shouldn't get paid. I was taught by my blue collar union grandparents that you do a job you get paid. Also it seems to me that independent journalism and writing in general needs to be supported more than ever.
Don't piss me off about us having a damn paywall. We only just started paying ourselves after almost 2 years of working for free to establish The Flytrap.
