naturally, this is then docked into a secure belt. The outer layer is a stiffer and thicker layer of rubber than the interior, leading to a very inward-facing expansion.
It also needs a "relief valve" but since that sounds terribly irresponsible/messy, it'd have to overflow to nearby receptacle.
