Important review on the harassment of scientists, and how to address it. Having been at the receiving hand of intimidation due to my work on discrimination, the review confirms the positive impact of supportive senior management on targets and the need for coordinated measures across institutions.
These equivalence requirements & associated costs are ridiculous, and put extra burdens on young scholars. Something similar happened with my IT habilitation, for which my experience at a NL graduate school accredited by the Dutch Royal Academy of Science did not count as not approved by IT ministry
