Rhetorically, do the opposite: “Unpack the court”. It’s been packed by barely legal manoeuvres. Set it right, either by forced retirement or expansion and in either case new principles going forward

4. I think I’m coming around on expanding the court. Get a good slogan for this and run with it. Have regular people care about it.
