Fertilizer: Believe it or not, U.S. wholesale prices for a hypothetical blend of NPK are back to Feb 27th levels. Retail, i.e. picked up at a local distributor or delivered to a farm remains generally flat at the Spring highs. Some N-based slightly lower.
