The eighth open call for applications for Meanwhile Use Spaces for Culture and Arts was held in Tampere from April 28 to May 15, 2026. The call for applications offered several rooms and other spaces at five different locations throughout the city. A total of 61 applications were received by the deadline, of which 15 applicants were selected as operators. The spaces now on offer will be available for use from 1 September 2026 to 28 February 2027.
