When families are trapped inside their houses, bricks (and worse) thrown through their windows and fires lit outside, that's not a clash. Or if it is, it's a clash between racist thugs and human decency.

They are not "protests", "disorder", "community tensions", or "clashes" when people are being targeted because of race, religion, ethnicity, or migration status.
