This is my first time reviewing a paper where the authors are english-as-a-second-language and say they edited with ChatGPT, and the resulting writing is technically correct but absolutely exhausting to read and comprehend, far beyond the average...are others experiencing this? 🧪

Good news on mangroves! They are awesome, protecting coasts from storm damage, and ppl took notice (i.e., their ecosystem service is an incentive to locals to stop cutting >> benefits from cutting them down to do fish farming), and once we stop the chop, they recover. www.bbc.com/news/article...
