I filed the LLC paperwork for Creature Haven a day after my 42nd birthday and today I filed for an EIN with the IRS. The first two numbers of the EIN I was assigned are 42. Sometimes little synchronicities like this one make me feel like I’m on the right path.

I’m getting tired of the pessimistic tear down of this movie. Is everyone’s reaction to the disclosure footage realistic? No, not in a million years, but it’s a movie. Movies allow us to dream bigger and hope for better things even if we know it won’t pan out that way in reality.
Movies are a space where anything is possible so why is it a bad thing that Spielberg swung for the fences with a story about hope and connection? Just let yourself revel in the “what if.”
Is Disclosure Day a perfect script? No. Was I entertained & did I leave with a smile on my face? Yes. We don’t always have to pick apart films. Sometimes a movie is just a movie and it took me out of my brain for a few hours. I’m sure I could point out things that didn’t work but what’s the point?
