Scientist and history geek, I am active in my local church singing in the choir and ringing the bells. I love seeing the seasons change. As a family we re-enact some weekends.

Sunny afternoon with everything growing so well. There were a couple of lads further up the path building bike ramps #changinseasons#wildflowers
Mixed weather this weekend. The path is barely discernable as the nettles grow tall. The oak leaves are now well on their way and the elderflower is starting to flower. #changingseasons
The hawthorn and cow parsley are at their blousy best and lots of small flowers are showing their heads through the grass #wildflowers #changingseasons
The apple trees are in blossom now and the hawthorn is well on its way some in bud and some with blossom. The grass and nettles are getting tall but the speedwell is peeping through. #changingseasons #wildflowers #blossom

After a very hot May week the nettles are looking raged by the gate, many of them are about to flower. #changingseasons #wildflowers
On the one dry day for a week the path is looking well grown if a little battered #changingseasons #wildflowers
A bit overcast today, but still warm. The beech trees are in their lime green leaves and the oak leaves are pushing out. #changingseasons #wildflowers
The daisies and green alkanet are really putting on a show amongst the grasses, and the cow parsley is all a froth under the trees #wildflowers #changingseasons
The hottest day of the year so far, still warm in the woods even at 8pm. Everything is in leaf now and the vegetation is looking battered after people have been through. #changingseasons #wildflowers
The trees are fully in leaf now, the elder is in flower and the wild roses in bloom. Watch out for the web caterpillars who are devouring the leaves; they will recover
